[31] 4th and goal at the B3. QB hands off to the Tailback who dives over the Line of Scrimmage and is hit in mid-air at the B2. Tailback fumbles the ball at the B2 and the ball rolls into the end zone.

- (c) The Center kicks [intentional] the muffed ball at the B27 prior to the tailback's recovery and advance.
- (d) The Center holds at the B20. Team B commits a dead ball foul @ the B12.
[34] 3rd and 5 at the B30. The Tailback runs to the B15 where he is hit and fumbles the ball.
- (a) Team "B" recovers and advances for a TD. During the loose ball Team "A" center spears his opponent away from the loose ball action.
- (b) Team "B" recovers and advances for a TD. Team" B" was offside at the snap. Team A center spears his opponent away from the loose ball action.
- (c) Team "A" recovers and is down at the B10. The Linebacker was flagged for holding during the loose ball action.
- (d) Team "A" recovers and advances for a TD. The Linebacker speared an opponent diving for the loose ball. Team "A" player spiked the ball in the EZ following the TD run.
[35] 3rd and 8 at the B48. The Tailback runs to the B45 where he fumbles.
- (a) The ball rolls out of bounds at the B43.
- (b) The Linebacker intentionally bats the loose ball backward at the B48 and out of bounds at the B39.
- (c) The Linebacker bats the ball forward at the B44 and out of bounds at the B48.
- (d) The Center bats the loose ball forward at the B44 and out of bounds at the B39.
[36] 4th and 4 at the B44. QB's backward pass to the Tailback is muffed behind the LOS.

- (b) The Linebacker bats the grounded ball forward and out of bounds at the B45.
- (c) The Tailback bats the grounded ball forward at the B48 and out of bounds at the B39.

[37] 3rd and 8 at the A4. The QB-tailback handoff is muffed in the Team "A" end zone.

- (b) Team "B" recovers a Team "A" fumble and advances for a TD. Team "B" Linebacker illegally blocks in the back above the waist at the B30 after "B's" recovery.
- (c) Team "B" recovers a Team "A" fumble and advances to the B40 where Team "B" fumbles and Team "A" recovers at the B40.
- (d) Team "B" recovers a Team "A" fumble and advances to the B40 where Team "B" fumbles and Team "A" recovers at the B40. Team "B" was offside at the snap.
[40] Touchdown or Out-of-Bounds at what yard line?
- (a) Runner dives - ball is inside of the pylon - body is outside the pylon.
- (b) Runner dives - ball is over the pylon - body is outside the pylon.
- (c) Runner dives - ball crosses the side line at the 1-yard line and subsequently crosses the goal line extended.
