Ineligibles may legally be downfield. There is no intentional grounding since the pass landed beyond the neutral zone extended. (f) A 4/8 B40 or A 3/13 B45. Incomplete legal forward pass. The pass landed inbounds beyond the neutral zone. The only foul is for ineligible receivers downfield. Team B will probably decline the penalty.
