19. RULING: All replaced players appear to have left the huddle or their position within three seconds. Team A players did not break the huddle with 12 or more players. B's ball, 1st and 10, on B's 17.

20. RULING: The forward pass by A8 is not intentional grounding. Therefore, it is a legal forward pass. Team B could decline the penalty and it would be A's ball, 3rd and 8, on A's 47. 21. RULING: The batting of the airborne backward pass forward by A7 to avoid loss of yardage is similar to A7 batting a backward pass forward to gain yardage. The penalty is 15 yards with no loss of down from the spot of the foul. A's ball, 4th and 25, on B's 47.

22. RULING: There may not be more than one running play behind the neutral zone if no change of team possession occurs (2-30-4-a-2). There is only one running play during the down by rule since A8's run ended behind the neutral zone. The 10-yard penalty for the holding foul by B33 is from the end of the run associated with the running play, A's 18. A's ball, 1st and 10, on A's 28.

23. RULING: A42 commits an illegal touching violation on A's 43. The ball becomes dead with Team B in possession on A's 44. A81 blocked an opponent before Team A was eligible to touch the ball. The penalty is five yards from the previous spot. Team B will decline the penalty and take the ball at the spot of illegal touching. B's ball, 1st and 10, on A's 43.

24. RULING: The impetus for the ball going into B's end zone was provided by A82. The result of the play is a touchback. B's ball, 1st and 10, on B's 20.

25. RULING: A84 commits an interference with opportunity foul on A's 38 when he contacts B22. Team B will accept the 15-yard penalty. B's ball, 1st and 10, on A's 23. Extend the period.
