Download & Installation Instructions

  Click the "Download" button below to initiate the download process. If your browser asks you if you want to "open" or "save" the file, select "save." When it asks you for where to save the file, pick a directory you will actually remember (I speak from experience here). Once the download has started, go get yourself a cup of coffee or a beer (this is optional). It should take only a few minutes to download the file, depending on the speed of your connection. The file size is ~490K .

   Once the file is downloaded, create a directory and copy or move the ZIP file to that directory. Then, run pkunzip or WinZip (or whatever archive program you use) to extract the chapter files into that directory. Once done, you are ready to load "CHAP_01.htm" into your browser and start reading.

   At the end of chapter 23, you will be asked to logon to my Web site and leave your comments on my "comments" page. I would greatly appreciate it if you would do this. I need the feedback from my readers to improve my writing. Thanks in advance!
