First Floor Living Room — Fireplace Like all three floors of Crane's Roost, the first floor features a working fireplace for cozy winter nights, although weather in North Florida is usually balmy. Temperatures in the winter average in the 60s to low 70s, but occassionally a cold front brings nighttime temperatures to the lower 40s and upper 30s.
